"The hotel was a bit run down once you passed the lobby. Most staff was helpful. Parking was expensive to not have any direct access to the hotel- after parking your car you have to walk all the way through the parking garage and outside to the front of the hotel. One a more positive note: the hotel is super close to many historical sites."

"I arrived before check in and asked the receptionist if she was able to hold my luggage. I was told no. The very next day, the entire receptionist area behind her was full of luggage they were holding for other guests. The luggage was still there on Monday when I checked out. Despite the hours of operation sign next to the 10th floor diner saying otherwise, I came to discover the diner was closed on Sundays and Mondays. However, I saw guests eating there Monday. Between the receptionist lying to my face about the ability to hold luggage and the mixed information about the diner, I had an aggravating experience."
