"Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I stayed here during the 4014 Big Boy train event and specifically chose this hotel because it was located right next to Walden Galleria Mall, where the shuttle buses were picking up passengers. It couldn't have been more convenient! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in an hour early. We booked through Hotels.com and received a 25% discount, making our one-night stay only $110—a fantastic value for the quality of the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection, and the beautiful courtyard and pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of seating. We've stayed in hotels that cost much more and offered far less. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're visiting the Buffalo area, I highly recommend staying here. The fact that it's pet-friendly is the icing on the cake. As owners of two small dogs, we appreciate having that option and will definitely stay here again in the future. Five stars all the way!"

"This was our 4th stay at the Mansion on Delaware and once again it did not disappoint! Thank you to the amazing and friendly staff who add to the experience. Comfortable rooms, a great gourmet breakfast and the little bar tucked in the lobby are the reasons we keep coming back. What a bonus to be there when the Allentown Art festival was right out of the front door! We will be back soon!"

"We have stayed here quite often when we travel home- however under the new management, it seems like the standards may be slipping. Not sure if we’ll be back next time. Biggest gripe- the Apple Music Country station that plays loudly through the entire hotel really de-classes the place- what about an Italian garden decorated hotel says country radio? We’re in western NY also, so why??? Russel Salvatore would never."

"Whether this was the case or not, the hotel presented as though it was just renovated. The walk from the elevator to our room on the 5th floor was made pleasant by the upscale decor that was obviously well maintained. Every employee with whom we engaged greeted us pleasantly while inquiring how well our stay was going. the included breakfast far exceeded our expectations. there was not the typical skimping of other hotels. There was a broad selection of hot and cold breakfast items. I appreciated knowing that the two scrambled egg offerings were made with "fresh eggs"from the shell, a fact proudly shared by a poster. The hotel will be our first choice when considering future overnights is Buffalo."

"The hotel was updated, clean and nice. Slept comfortably, pools and hot tub/gym also nice. 30$ a night parking fee if you park in their lot. No free anything, be prepared to spend money. Wait for rain forest cafe at least an hour and the restaurant is a bar and grill - do not recommend. Food took forever and then both dishes were undercooked. Manager and waitress were great though."
