"I stayed at this property based on other reviews and it's rating of good. This was terrible. It appeared as tough the toilet had not been cleaned. I had booked the room for two people but they only provided us with one bathroom towel. People were partying on the balcony in front of our room. "There must have been a flood - fans and water basins in halls - weird smell. We got to our room and there was a terrible smell of air freshener or chemicals coming from the air conditioner vent which was obviously trying to cover something up. The front desk staff offered to give me more air freshener or perfume to try to cover it up and I truly couldn’t breathe or sleep in that room so I had to work very hard to finally have them agree to move rooms.
