"All the front Desk employees were very nice and friendly and made sure my family and I’d stay was comfortable and that we had all we needed! 5 stars def go to you all! And the room was absolutely beautiful!! Plenty of parking and right in front of our room as well! "

"My wife and I loved every minute of it, from the gorgeous lobby, to the well maintained room with a freaking hot tub in it. We had come to the area to visit Six Flags and a hot tub after walking around the park all day hot all the right spots. The little shop thing in the lobby was cheap in the good way. They had bath bombs made for their tubs. It was a really great stay. The bed was also super comfortable. The staff was one of the friendliest I ever dealt with. My wife and I are in agreement if we ever go to Buffalo again we know where we are staying."

"Amazing customer service, super clean, everyone was so helpful. I felt like everyone here was smiling and so warm which made us feel so welcomed. This is rare in today's hotel industry. We travel a lot and really enjoyed our stay here. My kids left their bathing suits in the bathroom and the post and found gentleman has someone grab them for us so they were at the front desk. We stayed here for 1 night with 5 kids in 2 rooms. It's close enough to walk to Niagra falls. It's in walking distance of restaurants. The indoor pool is absolutely amazing, especially with kids whilst road tripping. We tried to find places where the kids could enjoy themselves and play after being in the car/ plane. This was absolutely perfect! This is the ultimate family vacation hotel. I wish I could copy and paste this place for every destination we travel to. Thank you to everyone for the hospitality and we look forward to our next visit! "
