"My son and I stay at this hotel regularly as he loves to watch trains. The staff is so friendly to both my son and I. They know us every time we come back. Feels like home away from home when we are there. In this day and age do not find this nice of staff in most any places. I highly recommend the stay."

"Room was kind of gross, I walked in and the windows were open and they were very hard to close. There were several spiders right on the window sill that had gotten in from the open window. Once I took care of those and closed the windows I realized that despite booking a non smoking room, the room reeked of smoke. Going into the bathroom there not only did it smell like smoke but also urine. They did not properly restock either there was no soap in the bathroom. The surfaces looked like they hadn’t been wiped down either as there were “crumbs” and dust all over."

"Staff was absolutely awesome!!! I made the reservation, then realized I would be extremely late. I called to let them know and they accomodated me so well checked me in prior to midnight then confirmed my ID when I arrived just before 3 A.M., in fact made me feel so welcome it was a breath of fresh air when compared to other hotels that have stated they can't even let me stay when I check in after midnight! Room was excellent...not sure if it was intentional but lights were on when I opened up my room which made it feel welcoming as well and the room was nicely updated, breakfast was pretty good included hot food all of which was great! Security guard was awesome!!! "

"Check in was horrible. The guy checking us in was MIA for about 15 minutes. Showed up with a negative attitude and overwhelmed. Put us in a dirty room. Seemed like that was no big deal with assigning us another room. A lot of people hanging around. Pool area was dirty, no towels. Questionable crowd hanging out in there so we decided not to use it even tho that was the primary reason for selecting that hotel in that area. Free breakfast the next morning was better than we expected. Even offered Greek yogurt, which was nice to see. "

"Breakfast wasn't anything special. Very small selection. Our room was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets were rough and scratchy and the comforter was extremely lumpy. The TV was terrible to operate. The lady at the front desk seemed confused and her English was almost impossible to understand."
