NO ICE IN ENTIRE HOTEL. SUGGESTED THAT MY WIFE WALKS TO A BAR BY HERSELF AT NIGHT AND ASK FOR ICE????!!! No ice, so she chose to walk down the street and purchase food to get A CUP of ice. Totally unacceptable at a luxury hotel. Filed complaint with Hotels.com
