Clean on arrival and easy to keep clean during the week as there was no excessive clutter. Comfortable beds and quiet neighbours, actually didn't hear them all week. Owners responsive and pleasant. Definitely recommend staying here for a Bude break! If there's no parking directly outside, there are some nearby side streets with free overnight and weekend parking"

As far as location, you couldn’t get a much better spot, close to Sainsburys for your grocery needs and a short walk to town or the beach.
