"Clean room, flexible staff always willing to help out. They were able to place and remove rollaway beds daily clean rooms when we needed and even provided chairs for makeup when we needed. Room service food was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. The room design could have been better. We were in suite room and the door had to be closed to open the closet door every time. They should look into having sliding doors with full mirrors to avoid this. Overall a very positive experience beds were comfortable. "

"We had a wonderful two-week stay at The Leela Hotel. Jamavar restaurant served excellent food, and breakfast each morning was very enjoyable, especially thanks to Jia, who was always welcoming with a smile. The gym facilities were clean and well maintained, and the supervisor was very helpful. We stayed in a suite on the 7th floor as part of the Royal Club and received great service throughout our stay, including daily room cleaning, fresh sheets, and well-stocked water. The room was slightly dated, but the bed was comfortable and allowed for a good night’s sleep. A special mention to the pianist, Mr Williams, who was kind and entertaining and added to the overall experience. Overall, we would happily stay here again and would recommend it as a convenient place to stay near the airport. "
