"Great staff and they called when room was ready and stored our luggage for us. It was a visit for my daughter's 21st birthday and the location was brilliant as she is at the uni there. Lovely, clean and quirky room and very quiet too. Breakfast was also really nice and again, great staff. "

"Beautiful Location, relaxed atmosphere. Good sized room, if a little overpriced. Hotel was clean, toilets well serviced. Walls a little thin (or I had noisy neighbours :-) ) Reception Staff super helpful and friendly. Bar Staff and Bar Waitress faultless in helpfulness - Bar food (WH LOADED BURGER) arrived quickly and piping hot. Astons Breakfast (Sunday Morning) was fabulous, good selection. Hostess, waiters and waitresses - great job. Hotel Pool, Sauna and Steam, clean and perfect - changing rooms were OK. Jacuzzi was full (first come, first served) so did not use. Didn't use Day Spa or any treatments."

"The building is in need of a full refurbishment throughout. Tired carpets and curtains, damaged or poorly repaired walls, broken lifts and windows. For the price listed, i could have found better and had i have known, i would have. The parking was free, after speaking to the young man on reception, he said it was not necessary to record my vehicle registration. So i guess we'll see if a ticket lands at my door. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. "
