"This property is much bigger than it appears on thé web site ,the bedroom with its 4 poster bed is spacious and has a view of the sea . The question ‘ is the bed comfortable’ is the biggest worry when on holiday, this bed was very comfortable indeed ! This property fills all the boxes but where it scores over most of the others is the attention to the fine details . Nothing is left to chance, we couldn’t find anything that had been overlooked. One could write a essay on its attributes. We enjoyed our stay immensely and the only problem was that we couldn’t stay for longer."

"Fully enjoyed our two nights there with our only issue being the requirement to select menu for breakfast before 8 pm each night. Missed the message on the second night and it clearly was problematic. Our fault but not everyone is watching messages on holiday."

"The setting is slightly nicer than you can see in the photos, the property has decking leading down steps to an enclosed little garden with a drying line and over looks the large driveway, tennis court and beautiful views.The property is nice. It has an open plan lounge/kitchen with dining table. Beds are comfy, shower is good.The front door was sticky and almost impossible to open but we happily used the back door which has a key. Washing took a while to dry inside the property, best to use the line outsode of not raining.You need to drive to get to places but its near loads of good stuff. Lovely beach and dog walk at Crackington Haven, about a 5 minute drive. Boscastle is very near, its a gorgeous village to visit with an even more beautiful walk. We went to Bude - summerleaze beach and pool, North Rock beach which was great for body boarding, had a lovely day at Clovelly."
