Please know that only two rooms in our establishment are equipped with such systems, including Nautic, the room you occupied. While the climate control system may differ slightly from what guests are accustomed to, we strive to make it as user-friendly as possible. There are two panels—one for temperature adjustment upwards and another for lowering the temperature—marked with a small sticky note. We recommend setting the system to your preferred temperature, utilizing the heating panel only if desired. We have done our best to provide all the necessary information on our property profile so our guests can make an adequate decision when booking a stay in the Old Town. It is certain that maybe for this stay it would have been more comfortable to have an on site parking lot and be in a more quiet area of the city. However not all the rooms are exposed to the Old Town bustling life and whenever we know in advance that our guests are sensitive to noise we do our best to allocate quieter rooms. As you have said, and we agree with that, our hotel did not serve your purpose this time, but on the other hand, most of our guests are very happy to be literally a few steps away from everting one might want to experience when visiting Bucharest, as all the sights and attractions are extremely close. Indeed the algorithm used by expedia to estimate the airport traveling time is not realistic, and exclude parking and walking, but also probably taking the best driving scenario with low traffic and knowing the city. We also regret that you could not attend to our breakfast. All those aspects of your stay might could easily be improved now that you know our property and we truly hope you will consider coming back and exploring our beautiful city as we are looking forward to welcoming you back for a longer stay when we will have the chance to make it memorable.
