Points forts:L’hébergement était magnifique idem aux photos sur le site. Le personnel très chaleureux et gentil. La nourriture au resto très bonne et bon marché.Points à améliorer:La communication était très difficile surtout les premiers jours. On nous donnait des personnes ressources qui pouvaient prendre 2 jours à répondre et parfois ce n’est pas clair qui fait quoi. Cet hôtel est assez récent donc j’imagine qu’avec le temps les rôles de chacun seront plus clairs.On parle d’un shuttle gratuit sur le site mais aucun de disponible ni pour nous ou autres clients avec qui nous avons discuté sur le site.Si vous n’avez pas de voiture, priorisez Uber car si vous demandez un taxi aux agents de sécurité, ils vont vous charger plus du double( cela n’a aucun lien avec la gestion de l’hôtel)Nous avons manqué 2 nuits lors de notre séjour du au grabuge fait par le cartel et il a été très facile de se faire rembourser.En aucun cas nous nous sommes sentis en danger.Bucerias est un petit village où les gens sont très sympathiques et accueillants.Endroit merveilleux en famille.Si vous voulez faire la fête ce n’est probablement pas l’endroit pour vous mais si vous désirez un endroit de détente et agréable en famille, je recommande grandement.Nous avons adoré
