Located 200 meters from the beach, and 500 meters from the center of Bucerias, where you will find a quiet town with excellent restaurants. Inside the complex you will find a roof garden with a terrace with a barbecue, and a pool with an incredible view of the beach, the city and the mountains. Its 2 bedrooms make it perfect for groups of up to 8 people or a family looking for comfort and independence.

The rooftop pool/deck was stunning with beautiful views of Bucerias and the ocean in the distance. Rooms were just as pictured and were comfy and clean. Somethings in which they can improve in is having clearer instructions on the location of the office for the check in process, it’s kind of hard to find the office and parking was a bit confusing to find since they wait for the person in the office to tell you. Another thing is they had no hand soaps in the bathrooms, they had a dispenser but no soap. Hot water for the shower runs out quickly. The first bathroom by the entrance had a few problems like the toilet not flushing properly and the big light was flickering. AC took a while to figure out since they won’t turn on if they sense there’s a window or door open. There’s a slight smell coming from the laundry room when you first open the door. Those little things were the only negatives. Otherwise it was great and the host was very attentive and helpful.

Pros & cons
The apartment was decent, but the address provided was confusing to more than one cab driver so we had some trouble finding it. The girl who met us was very nice & helpful but had no english; used a translator app. The wifi worked about half the time, so I couldn’t get on Vrbo to complain, haha. There was not a drop of soap or a square of TP, which bugged me because the ad listed those specifically. There’s an Oxxo down the street so we made do. The master bedroom was locked so we had to call for help to get in, & the ensuite shower didn’t work at all. The beds are firm but comfy & there are 3 AC units (filters need changing). Minimal kitchen setup (a toaster would be nice). Many of the lights flicker like strobes. It’s on the main drag so the traffic noise is very loud. The rooftop pool was beautiful with a panoramic view of ocean & mountains. All these little things didn’t bother us too much, but they did add up. Of you like a nice pool & being out & about, & don’t mind traffic noise, this would be a good pick. It’s close to the beach & the Centro. If you want quiet and/or fancy, maybe not.
The condo itself is great and is as described. Its the location that was bad, it is right on route 100 which is crazy busy with large trucks and motor bikes. Its so loud we were unable to use the balcony. Also the motion detectors to have the AC on is so annoying. The water is so bad I could not even rinse my mouth out with it, like vinegar. The last 5 VRBOs we stayed at supplied paper towels, tissues and salt and pepper, this had nothing but tp. When the power went off Rodrigo was attentive. The toilet seats need to be fixed, loose and off kilter.
