Golden Zone Bucerías

The property is located in the center of the Golden Zone in Bucerías with access to different restaurants and shops. The beach is less then 2 minutes away. We really enjoyed the property.

Small but efficient.

We stayed at a studio in Life. It was very clean and had almost everything we needed. Beach chairs and a beach cooler would have been awesome. The location is great. Close to Chadraui, the beach and great restaurants.

Great Location - Great Building!

The location and building amenities were super. The unit was more like a hotel room rather than a studio apartment. The ‘kitchen’ is a very tiny area, not conducive to cooking anything. That aside it was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and the unit had a partial ocean view. I would stay in that building again.

Unit Underachieved!

This location is spectacular— a block to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants, shops and near a large grocery though the local Mari Pas really has everything and there’s a fabulous bakery across the street from it. The heated roof top pool area is the hub and is inviting but would not satisfy children at all. We didn’t visit the restaurant or bar both of which were getting mixed reviews from others. The unit is very small as listed and we could have dealt with that. However, there’s extraneous furniture, very limited towels ( 2 bath, 1 hand, 1 facecloth, 2 beach towels) and one set of sheets; bothersome when there’s no laundry in the unit. Bar fridge freezer was completely frosted up and the broken freezer door fell off if bumped. deck with no surface for coffee, book, etc (we bought and left a cheap table as nothing fit on the deck with the large, comfortable chairs on it. Only 1 of 4 closet space is available to guests as owner has filled the rest. So, suitcases were stowed on and under things making the already tight space cluttered. The safe couldn’t be opened by us or by the ‘concierge’ who appeared twice but did nothing he promised. Email conversation was good pre-arrival but once there, no issues were alleviated, none! Kitchen is fitted for light meals at best. The bed was comfortable; the couch, horrible. We would return to the complex, but not this unit.
