Great neighborhood. Family atmosphere. Only two blocks from miles of beach and downtown Bucerias. Brand new 3 story building with a condo on each floor. This is second floor unit "Tortuga". It has 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements offer a King size bed in each room with the option of having two separate twin beds in the second bedroom. There is a couch for sleeping as well. Free high speed internet.

(First floor "Sol" is a big studio unit with King bed, sofa, full kitchen and bath. See listing #4637379.

All units have couch for extra guest if needed, send email. All appliances and furniture are brand new. Private entrances, staff onsite keep property clean and are there to make sure your stay is the best. Lots to do in the area. Get a real feel for Mexico and it's hospitality.

Maid service once a week included in price (feel free to tip 😁, they appreciate it). More times can be arranged if wanted. Meals can be prepared as well at an additional cost.

Property has nice open garden with hammocks to lay in after a long day at the beach. The top unit has a private roof top deck to relax and watch the sunset. Every unit is equipped with wifi, cable tv, a/c, stove and oven, along with all the other benefits of a home.

Tranquil setting

The units were very clean. Nancy the manager was an absolute delight and could not have been more accommodating. The back yard area and pool was like a little oasis and kept sparkling clean

My stay was excellent, the couple who have stayed at the complex for many years were very welcoming, informative which made our stay very relaxing.The maid is very bubbly and was very accommodating. I loved the fact that a BBQ and washer & dryer were on site. The coffee shop a few blocks was excellent coffee and goodies - my daily calorie over-board indulgence.I would recommend the condo for future family and friends.

Beautiful hidden gem! Lovely courtyard, nice cool rooms. A little trek to the beach but doable. Many, many restaurants nearby. The Sunday market was literally outside our door! Pool was tiny but refreshing. We never did get the tv to work but that’s ok. Internet was good. Enjoyed our stay

Comfortable accommodations close to Bucerias Town Centre

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Henri and Chad's apartment. Our hosts were amazing and looked after our every need almost before we asked for it! The apartment is well set out with two bedrooms with very comfortable beds, two bathrooms, full kitchen and living room. It is in a 3-storey house that has good security and a cute back yard, complete with hammocks for that lazy afternoon snooze. Although the building is about a block from the highway through town, the traffic noise wasn't as loud as I thought it might be (and I am a light sleeper!). It is very convenient to the Centro area of the town, with bus stops - both north and south - just a block away. We felt completely safe during our stay. Bucerias is still a lovely Mexican village, and we really enjoyed the interactions with local people. The town has everything you could wish. Restaurants and street stands are plentiful and range from inexpensive to expensive. Grocery shops are within a 15 minute walk. We will be back!!

Wonderful stay!

My friend and I had the most amazing time in Bucerias, I want to come back already! The condo was clean and cute and the pool in the backyard was a lifesaver, it was very humid and in the mid to upper 80's. Before we arrived, Henri sent a message asking if we would like to change to the third floor from our original booking on the second floor, which also was so nice of him. The view was beautiful, and sunsets were amazing when we could see it (there were some thunderstorms in the evenings.) The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and restaurants, and the block behind the condo has a taco and a burger stand. When going to the beach there is a pedestrian overpass to go over the road, or another way to go under the road, which we found our last day, lol! Everyone was so nice and inviting and if you don't know Spanish would work with you to try to understand. Also, the location is about a $20 uber ride from the airport, which is very inexpensive compared to where we live. I cannot say enough good things about our vacation, if I had one negative thing to say it would be that I wish we stayed longer. I plan to come back for longer and hopefully Henri's condo will be available again. Thank you again, Henri, for the wonderful hospitality!

Great condo!

My friend and I loved this condo! Only a 5 minute walk to centro, so lots of restaurants and shops close by. The market is even closer. Condo was clean and well-stocked. Comfy beds. The yard is well maintained with a nice pool. There are only three units in the building so it was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

5 days in Bucerias

This property was good for a short-ish stay. It’s a long haul to the beach with all your gear, and we didn’t even have kids in tow. This would be a non starter for families. Unit was well equipped, bed was firm, linens were nice. Not a lot of natural light in this unit. Owner was great, communication easy. Housekeeper Leti was wonderful! The immediate area is a little unnerving at first, but a stroll further up the hill proved quite enjoyable. Authentic experience, including fiestas next door on Sat eve, and roosters as your wake up call! If you’re looking for an affordable stay out of the five star all inclusive realm, this is your place!!
