"The stay far surpassed our expectations! The owner was polite and friendly. The Cabin had everything we needed including a lot of additional touches from the owner including a welcome hamper that made us feel very welcome. It was comfy warm quiet cosy and fabulous! A lovely weekend thank you "

"Great little hotel. Very clean and well taken care of. Right by the ocean, and walkable to the ferry and train terminal and to pubs in downtown Galway. The owner/host, Phil, was very friendly and outgoing. I recommend this place!"

"I booked the hotel as a treat for my partners birthday.
I felt the food was a little pricey for the choices available.
Also we were quite a bit away from anything so if we wanted to have a drink together we wwre a bit stuck on places to go.
However the room and amenities were great adn staff helpful.

"The most stunning hotel, set on the banks of the Strait. Staff are friendly and very helpful, even brought our little ones some hot chocolate in the evening."
"Stayed here for a treat for our 20th wedding anniversary. Building is very interesting and the stay was great. Food in the restaurant was good (but be warned - the chef obviously likes his chillies judging by my Arrabiata and my wife's King Prawns!)
The pool/spa was great - everything you would want and very clean.
Would recommend for a relaxing break - go on treat yourself or someone you love."
"What a lovely place - pleasant staff, easy check in, clean room.. breakfast was tasty with a view and we were able to leave the car there to go on the snowdon train on check out day.. convenient location… well recommended "
"Inn is perfectly situated within the walls of Caernarfon Castle, convenient to shops, restaurants and bars.
Staff are uniformly friendly and welcoming. My room (#34) was in an old building but had been completely modernized inside, including the bathroom. Room was immaculate and had plenty of well-located electrical outlets. Bed and linens were comfortable. Couldn't find a thermostat but HVAC seemed to be centrally controlled. It was nice and cozy by day and cooled down by bedtime; ditto for the heated towel rack.
Breakfast was tasty and came quickly, accompanied by a big smile. Cold items were help-yourself and hot foods cooked to order. Dining room breathed history, as did the bar. Dinner was piping hot and tasty.
