"We had a wonderful stay at the Loew's Philadelphia. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly, very professional. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The lobby/lounge area provided a nice place to sit, rest, and relax. The only not great review would be the breakfast buffet......food was not hot, but this is generally the case for most buffets. We did order from the menu for breakfast one morning and that was good. Valet service was quick. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to all the areas of the city that we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!"

"Our room was clean but there were previous guests clothing under both beds. It was great having a restaurant and bar on site, but the wait times were long. Only one bartender on a Friday night with a full bar. We waited a good 30 minutes to get our drinks."

"emergency over night stay paid price of room plus $50 early check in fee for king room. nice size unit and bed but bed felt rickety. night stand tables had old cup rings which gave impression wasnt wiped down. bathroom- nice size, shampoo/ conditioner and body wash available but tub wasn't cleaned. multiple hairs in tub and used wash rag left on soap holder in tub. door to room was loose as if someone tried to kick it in before. ac was loud. parking cost $26 including tax with in/out privileges no free breakfast but available for fee shuttles to airport was available final thoughts- not up to par for somewhere I would stay regularly. ok for quick 1 night stay at best. all the front desk ppl I encountered were friendly and helpful."

"The room and facilities were standard. We were disappointed in the level of service we are used to at a Hilton location. We had breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and the person that greeted us (seemed to be the restaurant or shift manager) was curt. The same person proceeded to have to be what seemed to be an argument with his staff in the middle of the restaurant floor, which was unprofessional. There was an automatic 18% service charge for a self-serve buffet, which might have been fine, but we had to ask for refills of our waters. Additionally, the bill was given to us even though we weren't finished with our meals, and the individual providing drinks never came back after he dropped off after he RUSHED to drop off the check. I expect better from Hilton. "

"Though we would like the ADA accessible double queen to be a bit larger to accommodate a wheel chair, we appreciated the shower/bath handles, low heights for hangers, and close vicinity to the elevator. There are also lots of power outlets for your devices! From Front desk to room service, to security, every staff member we encountered was always kind, above and beyond friendly, and helpful."
