"The stay at this hotel was by far one of the best. Antonio at the front desk was so helpful, he went out of his way to upgrade us for our 10th year anniversary. Antonio went the extra mile to take us into town, print itinerary for the rest of our trip in Switzerland. The hotel history is rich in culture with amazing amenities. The priceless views over looking the landscape at this hotel is something out of God’s personal photo album. If you have a chance to visit ask for Antonio and he will take great care of you meticulously."

"Beds were comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast a tad disappointing and rather expensive. Hotel used a lot by tour groups so a bit noisy in the lobby and restaurant sometimes"

"Stayed only for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect for us. Walkable to most major scenic places and train and bus stations. The facility is great, but we find the room a little smaller for 2 people. Breakfast is good with a few choices to choose from and staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. "

"Stay was okay, arrived on at Tuesday but the restaurant closes during the week. There are restaurants in the old town. Returned at 9pm and the bar closed."
