"Great"

"We booked the room for 2 nights, the staff there was not very professional, they didn't even represent the brand, Quality Inn. After our first night there in the much dated room, we had to walk outside to the main lobby to have breakfast. When we got to the doors to go out, there was a man there with his dog urinating there by the door. I took a photo of the man and the dog and told the front desk, they didn't seem shocked by this and said, "yeah, we know who this is, we will have to confront him". We were so grossed out by it we couldn't stay another night, they didnt offer to refund us or anything since we booked with Expedia so we had to deal with Expedia, the people at the hotel said we were too loud (kids) that they had noise complaints so they were not going to refund us!!!! The people that work there, lived there. STAY FAR AWAY from this establishment!!! "

"There was No hot tub....fridge didnt work, 1/2 roll of TP....no shampoo or body wash in bathroom, half outlets didnt work.....when asked for compesation...i was told i had to do it thru you guys even thoughthey could stull charge my card for a soda....and it literally was one of my worst stays in years......recommend 0 stars......can i please get some of my money back for this stay.....i was 2 days with out these things"

"Toilet flushes poorly, stains in mattress pad and carpet, black mold on wall in pool room, lots of road noise"

"The mattress need replaced. Big divots on either side. Worst one I’ve seen in a long time. I switched rooms and the new room still had a worn out mattress. Not as bad as first room but they probably all need replaced soon. Breakfast was really good. "

"The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and we always bring our dog with us which was a great convenience for us! The pool is always lovely!"

"Room 120 could do with a little freshening with bathroom door paint and small peeling of ceiling paint. Nothing major"
