"When staying multiple days housekeeping is not provided ( fresh towels, bed made, vacuum, trash emptied). Front desk staff was able to provide some towels, but you was on your own for the rest. Hot tub was broken and unusable."

"Perfect stay for our weekend in Sioux City! Town is small and super quiet; lots of sidewalks for walking our dog and a small dog park just a couple blocks away. Property was clean and well organized. Stairs to upper bedrooms are higher and steeper so be careful when coming down; will be hard for those uneasy on their feet. Bed were comfortable and plenty of space to stretch out. It is right next to a small town bar across the alley which got super busy one night (karaoke!) but we couldn’t hear a peep from the place. It’s a nice bar with very friendly locals. Stayed with my family, 2 adults, 3 kids (10-14) and our dog. Perfect for families with kids that can navigate stairs. "

"GREAT place to stay! Close to everything in Sgt Bluff and Sioux City. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery store within 2 min drive and many restaurants and shopping within 5 - 10 min. Great attentive host!Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The "Farmhouse" was very, very clean and comfortable. .The description was very accurate. With 2 lounging areas, we had plenty of room to sit & relax. The kitchen has lots of storage space and was stocked with the basics needed for meal preparations. The beds were comfy. The house was across the highway from the railroad tracks and we enjoyed counting the railroad cars and engines needed to pull the long line of railroad cars. The location was great for activities in Sioux City with eating places in close proximity. We encourage anyone, looking for a clean economical place, to check out the "Farmhouse." We would gladly rent it again."
