Newly refurbished to a high specification in 2023, this lovely rural holiday rental is surrounded by an apple orchard and has regular views of the night time starry sky. At the same time, it has convenient access to local towns and beauty spots. Hereford, Worcester, the Malvern Hills and the market town of Ledbury are within a half an hours drive. Drive a little further and you can explore Hay On Wye, Leominster and Ludlow.
The property comprises of the main bedroom with a kingsize bed, and a second open bedroom on a mezzanine level, overlooking the living room/kitchen. The bathroom is conveniently set next to the main bedroom. Everything in the property was bought brand new for the 2023 summer season, including all of the fixtures, fittings and furniture. We have a washer/dryer, handy for walkers wanting to explore the Malverns, as well as a table and chairs for dining, a TV and comfy seating for relaxing.
The property has its own outdoor/garden area specifically for the holiday rental, which overlooks the large apple orchard that wraps around the side and to the back of our property. The main road at the front means that there is easy access to local amenities and places of interest, whilst you stay in a lovely, rural setting. There is parking availability on the property.
