Wonderful
A beautiful house and location. The kitchen has everything you need to make gourmet meals and to hear the ocean as I fell asleep was bliss. Loved it so much I’m going back next year for my birthday. Lovely host and their attention to detail is five stars, thank you

Family reunion
Gorgeous home. Exquisite windows and lighting and gardens. Fab outdoor covered dining spot with grill. 2 min walk to unbelievable beach/surfing. Trip not complete without doing the short hike up and around the point with views of beaches on the other side.

Family retreat
Very comfortable and well-equipped property with a large tropical garden. Well located out of the noise but close to the beach. Perfect for a relaxing week with family of all ages.

Nice but overpriced
we stayed at Pavilion 7 for 4 nights. property layout and design is beautiful with lush green tropical backyard with beach beds outdoor dining table perfect for outdoor breakfast. Beds and linens were all great. Property had few maintenance issues that we would not expect from a costly property. Tap/faucet on washbasin in family bathroom has a loose lever and tends to fall by itself. Shape of washbasin is very odd/shallow and impractical. Spout of the faucet is not long enough and you can’t wash your hands without continually hitting the back wall of the washbasin. All bottle/dispensers of bodywash etc had a very cheap dispenser/plunger on them and once pumped down, it does not retrieve back and you have to manually pull it out to pump again - very annoying and super cheap. Some of the windows had broken levers and missing slats. We came across a cockroach running inside the house and a lizard on wall.

The property is regularly serviced by a professional pest maintenance company, due to bordering the national park and being surrounded by sub-tropical forest insects may come in if the doors are left open. Luxurious stay
The property is beautiful, comfortable inside and out. The pictures and information online reflected everything that is there. The kitchen was appointed beautifully and outdoor deck, peaceful, providing a lovely family table for meals. The lawns and gardens are a picture.

Stunning property
Our family had an amazing week at the Beach house, beautiful home fitted out with lovely furniture and a great kitchen. Our kids and dogs loved the yard and only a short stroll to the beach. Have already booked our next stay! Amanda was an amazing host also, highly recommended.

Paradise in Broken Head
We were so lucky to have a beautiful few days at this exceptional property. The house is an oasis of calm with a huge garden and everything you need in the house. And just a short wander to a stunning beach and local walks. We didn’t want to leave. We had a car so it was an easy drive into Byron Bay and the hinterland for meals and shopping. The kitchen is fantastic. We cooked a couple of meals at the house given the kitchen was so well appointed. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable and all decorated tastefully. Great outdoor area if you want a BBQ or outside meals. I sat out there reading a book for many hours. The booking and check in process was seamless and communications clear and timely. Thanks to the Home Away team for such a friendly service.

Property with wow factor
The house and grounds are stunning and perfect for e joying tropical weather. Pity the heavy rain caused a few leaks and made old leaks reappear. This didn’t prevent us enjoying a milestone birthday,,,,all went without a hitch.

Uncompromising Standard
We had a wonderful six night stay . The beach house is uncompromising in its standard of facilities and presentation. The garden provided a peaceful atmosphere with space for our pouches to play. Nothing better than the gentle rumble of the waves in the background, particularly at night. The home beauty/massage service was heaven- thank you Jodie, and Thank you Amanda for your local knowledge and making us feel so welcome.. Wish we could have stayed longer. Chris & Les

Spectacular house, relaxing and comfortable.
We, my daughters and I had a wonderful stay at the impressive property. It was as listed, and probably better than I thought it would be. It has a beautiful relaxed ambience, so much so the girls preferred to stay home than head to Byron.

Great Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House. It was great that our dog could come and enjoy with us. There is so much space and the kitchen is very well equipped with all that you would need. The beds were very comfortable and it was great that I was contacted to see how I would like the rooms/beds configured. All in all it was a great little getaway.

Wonderful house in tropical surroundings
The house was absolutely wonderful, enormous, clean, well equipped. Extra towels and beach towels. Private three bedrooms with lots of storage. Two huge bathrooms with big showers. Aircon throughout, but also lots of ventilation with louvre windows. It was the best place we ever stayed in. Great for kids, huge garden to play in. We didn’t want to go out, why would you? Thank you. We would love to return.

Amazing house, architecture, garden and location. The kitchen was so well stocked and a delight to cook in, the red stove is stunning! It is a delight to share such a beautiful property and location with a young pup, who is catered for at the property and who can delight in the large garden. Already trying to work out when we can return.

Beachside everything you need
A great stay in a fantastic spot on tallow beach. Easy bush walk to headland. Dolphins and whales. Nice home to stay in with great finish. Quite cool in winter and hard to get room temps up enough. All mod cons available. Good for kids and nice to have bikes and surfboards availyfor use.

Perfect weekend getaway!
The house is really tastefully set out and also provides for every practical need. We had the most relaxing weekend and managed to get up in time to watch the sunrise from the beach both mornings. Would absolutely visit again in a heartbeat!

Perfect getaway
Amazing - just what myself and husband needed - we didn't even want to leave the house - we did a big food shop and spent our time together around the area. So close to the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. If you stay here make sure you book in to go horse riding at Zephyr Horses - Recommended this place to ALL our friends and will be re-booking very very soon. :) Thank you
