Creekside Retreat is a stunning, resort-style, modern luxury, one-of-a-kind cabin that is nestled on a private creek and sits on just over 1.3 acres near the heart of Hochatown. A year round creek runs in the back of the property for spectacular views and peaceful relaxation. Enjoy the best of mother nature from the expansive 1500 s.f. deck that stretches through the woods and over the creek. This cabin balances indoor high luxury living with outdoor fun and adventure. This brand new luxury cabin is on a secluded cul de sac street surrounded by the beautiful forest and the winding creek. Creekside Retreat will sleep up to 11!
Bedrooms- There are 4 bedrooms total. There are 2 luxurious king master suites with soaker tubs on the first floor. Both have doors out to the oversized back patio that overlooks a private creek. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One has a king size bed and has it’s own private balcony. The other upstairs bedroom is the bunk room and features 3 built in bunks along with a fun arcade. We also have a pack n play available for those tiny sleepers.
Bathrooms- There are 3 full bathrooms (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs) along with one half-bath downstairs.
Pull-Out Couches-There are two couches in the family room. They both pull out to Queen size beds and can sleep an additional 4 guests. 9 sleep comfortably in this cabin but you can sleep up to 13 with the pull out couches.
Kitchen- The kitchen comes fully stocked with the following items: dishes, flatware, drink ware, wine glasses, coffee mugs, knife set, pots, pans, toaster, crockpot, blender, hand mixer, can opener, wine and bottle openers, waffle maker, pancake griddle, pizza pan set, mixing bowls, colander, cheese grater, baking sheets, baking pans, muffin pan, bread pan, basic cooking supplies including a spice rack.
Dining- The dining table seats 8. The kitchen island seats 5. There are two outdoor dining tables that each seat 6, for a total of 12.
Fireplaces/Fire Pit- There are a total of 3 gas-burning fireplaces outside on the back patios. There are a total of 2 gas-burning fireplaces inside the property. Both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces are gas-burning and the fire-pit is wood burning. Firewood is provided for use at the cabin during your stay at no additional charge.
Entertainment-Each bedroom has a smart tv. The bunk room has an arcade. The main family room has a smart tv and a sound bar. There is also a tv outside on the back patio. There is a pool table and shuffleboard on the main floor, and a variety of board and other family games to enjoy. For outdoor play, you can choose from Foosball, corn hole, life-size connect 4, Horseshoe and a Ninja Obstacle Course.
Other- The back patio also includes a gas grill station and built-in refrigerator. There is a hot tub that is drained and sanitized between guests. The back patio is designed for you to never want to leave. There are 2 egg chairs, seating for multiple people, and the fire-pit has 10 Adirondack chairs. There is a built-in double swing with an additional 4 spider swings all surrounding the fire-pit. Enjoy fun game of horseshoes while hanging by the fire-pit.
Pet Rules- We have a 2 pet maximum. Please contact us if you are bringing more than 1 pet. Any Pets must be crated if left alone in the cabin. Pets are not to be left unattended under any circumstances. Pets are not to be allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges after checkout. For example excessive pet hair, urine, feces, any damage from pets, etc.
Pet Fee- $80 non-refundable fee per pet.
*We do collect a $1200 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout.
Violation of any house rule including pet rules will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.

*Please note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin’s entrances. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 13, no exceptions.
