Sleeps 5/6 \ 3 Bedrooms \ 2 bath/shower rooms 3 Bedroom house with garden close to Broadstairs quaint centre and the sandy beach The Prospect is the perfect seaside sanctuary – brilliantly located for the beach, and with plenty of space for families to enjoy. The Prospect offers a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need, inc. a washing machine, and with a comfortable dining room / lounge with TV to relax in after a day by the sea. The ground floor also has the addition of a WC and shower room. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, and a bedroom with a single bed that pulls out to reveal a full-size cabin bed. There is also a bathroom on this floor, with WC and shower / bath. The large garden offers a great space for kids to play and overlooks quiet allotments. It has a BBQ, and dining table with parasol and is the perfect spot for sunny evening dining (if you are not already tempted by the many high-quality options to eat and drink in the town). This property couldn't be in a better location, it's 75 metres from the town centre and 150 metres from the beach, so you have everything you need for the perfect holiday just moments from your front door. Broadstairs has so much to offer with its many eateries and bars, blue flag sandy beaches and lots of independently run shops and boutiques. The Prospect doesn't have any allocated parking, once you have unloaded your car, we recommend moving it to the Eastern or Western Esplanades which have plenty of free parking. There are also a number of small carparks in the vicinity. What the owner says: "We’ve spent many years in Broadstairs as a family and love the numerous Blue Flag sandy beaches and the charm of the town. The Prospect is ideally situated and is setup for you to enjoy the perfect holiday – whether you want to spend time indoors or go out to explore. For us, Broadstairs itself has the bonus of being incredibly well located – with a fast rail link to central London in 80mins, and links to Margate and Ramsgate that take just a few minutes, and with historic city of Canterbury less than 30 mins also. The house was lovely and had everything we needed and the location was great - a minutes walk into town. This came with the downside of no parking at the property but there was parking at the esplanades about 10 minute walk away - not a problem for us as we stayed mainly in Broadstairs. The restaurants, especially the Spanish tapas place was well recommended!! A great place to stay.
