Large ground floor Seafront Victorian apartment in Broadstairs overlooking Stone Bay. Beautiful sea views, direct access to a beautiful Blue flag sandy beach, Broadstairs town centre is an easy 5-10 minute walk along the sea front. Sleeps a maximum of 4 with 1 King size bed and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. The property is easily accessed via the ground floor which makes it perfect for the elderly. We do allow well behaved dogs.

Fabulous holiday stay

Wonderful location, within walking distance of everything in this lovely town. The apartment was beautifully furnished, bedding luxurious and the views of the sea stunning. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful Experience

The property was spacious, welcoming, comfortable, beautifully decorated and provided everything that we may need. There are amazing views of the sea and the beach is just across the road, down a steep staircase. The property is located within a 10 minute walk of Broadstairs town, which holds great historical value and has many bars and restaurants to enjoy.

Beautiful base in Broadstairs

Loved the flat...spacious, comfortable. Nicely laid out.The kitchen was brilliant. Had all mod cons but could have benefitted from having a microwave.And also would have been useful to have wi fi code and tv set up written down as we are dinosaurs with tech !!

Perfect in every way

We booked this for myself, my mum and my 11 year old daughter for over Christmas as we were spending Christmas with our family who live round the corner.What a find, it’s absolutely beautiful, so comfortable and spotlessly clean. I really can’t fault it. We didn’t really want to leave and we will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you and all communication with the host was brilliant.

A weekend in Broadstairs

Our first time to this area of Kent. Broadstairs, what can you say about it. Well quality sums it up. A lovely town, beautiful beaches, great eating places, friendly locals. Our apartment, well appointed. Great location. Cool decor. Our host very helpful. Parking is in the road as two spaces on plot already taken. Not an issue but in peak season could be a challenge. Reviews mention comfy beds, its true. We could walk to the pub in the evening overlooking the beach so no duty driver required. We will come me back. Thank you for a wonderful staycation.

Great apartment, bigger than expected. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Ten minute walk from town centre. Free parking on the road outside the property very welcome. Great sea views from living room and just a 5 minute walk to fabulous dog friendly beach . Will definitely return…. Our best accommodation find in Broadstairs to date .

Me, mum, sisters age range 58 to 90 We all absolutely loved our stay The property was so much better than we thought from the pictures The 4 beds in the property were so comfy we all had such great sleeps which is usual for part of our group The location couldnt be more perfect ... just a short stroll in to viking bay but far enough for peace and quiet All the meals out were great tartar frigate & takeaway cod and chips delicious We cannot recommend this property enough We will definitely be returning Thank you for having us

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Very short walk into town with all of its amenities. Stone bay and its beach below the house. Lots of hot water. The TV aerial appeared to be out of the back of the TV so no terrestrial Television but there was Netflix. No obvious folder with instructions on how to work things or what to do when leaving short of put keys back in lockbox. Fortunately I am a seasoned self catering renter so took away the rubbish etc.

Autumn in Broadstairs

The flat was lovely and roomy and the location was great. Loved the sea view. Just a couple of problems that stopped us giving full marks. The fridge had been left turned up high and had frozen over. In order to not have our food freeze we had to turn it down. It defrosted and we spent some time cleaning up the water. The fridge and cooker were also not completely clean. The flusher in the main toilet fell through to the cistern when we pushed it and we had to fish it out and fix it back in. Had to be careful with it after that. Ripped my jacket on a small nail sticking out by the main door. Pushed it in to stop further issues. No microwave in the kitchen. No instructions on how to use anything and had a bit of trouble getting the TV to work. That all said it is a lovely place in a great location and would recommend to people.
