The Area

Carlton Lodge is perfectly positioned in fabulous Broadstairs — a charming seaside town with a wonderful village feel, beautiful beaches and plenty to see and do.

With seven stunning Blue Flag beaches, golden sands, traditional seaside charm and ice cream shops around every corner, Broadstairs is a fantastic destination for families, couples and groups alike. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, independent shops and activities to enjoy throughout your stay.

The apartment overlooks the park, where the iconic bandstand takes centre stage and hosts many of the town's events and festivities throughout the year. It's a lovely spot to enjoy the atmosphere of Broadstairs while still having your own peaceful base to return to.

Best of all, you're just moments from the town centre. Head straight down the steps, across the green and you'll soon find yourself on the beautiful golden sands — making it wonderfully easy to enjoy everything Broadstairs has to offer without needing to get back in the car.

From mid-September, external maintenance works will be taking place on the building for approximately six weeks. Scaffolding will be in place during this period, and there may be occasional times when the views are partially obscured. Update *October 2026 - there are road works outside the property due to a collapsed sewage drain, this may disrupt your stay so we advise to contact us before you book.
