"Friendly staff. Excellent fitness room. Multiple weight machines, dumbells upto 100 lbs, smith rack, multiple treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, rower, etc. I was expecting the usual hotel gym consisting of two 10-year old treadmills stuffed in a oversized closet, but there's an actual gym."

"The valet whose name is Verdell, was courteous and very helpful . He was my first contact with Ballys and he set the tone for my visit. Rhonda at the reception desk was welcoming . Rush in the bar area was a delight. The room was well-appointed . My overall experience was positive and I’d recommend Bally’s"

"We definitely enjoyed our stay at this hotel and it was reasonably priced. Very friendly staff and Management stopped by to check on everyone in the dining area while we were enjoying the complimentary food and drinks. The room/hotel overall seemed very clean. Unfortunately, we did not have time to experience the indoor pool and/or hot tub but feel it's a plus having the option. Overall, appreciated the very clean hotel, the complimentary food and drinks, and the GREAT staff so we would definitely stay again. "
