Really disappointed. Room condition (especially bathroom) was poor - bath not draining, tiles hanging off wall, needs a redecorate. The breakfast was nice but we were sat amongst a sea of uncleared tables. The hotel is definitely only an equivalent of a 4 star - there are better in London for equal money. I would not stay here again or recommend it. Overpriced for the service.

Commentary was not clear; typical airport delivery and just as inaudible. We don’t expect BBC quality but when the information is poorly delivered audiences lose interest. We did.
