Overall hotel was good. Laundry facilities available and convenient location. However aircon is central aircon and temperature cannot be adjusted to our liking. TV in the bedroom was also not working at all. House keeping was not provided everyday and only available on the 4th day.

The room was immaculately clean, perfectly appointed, cosily warm and subtly quiet. The staff were welcoming, helpful and courteous from the moment I walked in to the moment I departed.
