"Great little apartment which is well located for the centre of Bristol and the docks and near plenty of pubs and restaurants. We used it as a base for some historical touristy walks in the area, everything is within walking distance"

"Our stay at the hotel was so enjoyable, we stayed two nights and it had all the amenities we needed for our stay and there are a few things really added to our experience that I want to praise:
- Holding bags before checking in was extremely easy, you get given tickets correlating to your bags and made it very easy to keep them on hold whilst we explored pre- checkin
- We chose to not have our room cleaned the first night of our stay, it was easy to hang the usual sign on our door but what was really lovely was that we came back to an extra loo roll and two more bottles of water in a bag on our door left by house-keeping. It's extra touches like these that really add to a stay!
- Finally, my partner and I typically struggle with sleeping in hotel beds, we're both very much people that don't typically enjoy being away from our own however the beds we had in our room were second to none and both of us had a great night's sleep. The pillows in particular were amazing and really added to the comfort of the bed.
Overall the stay was brilliant, and we'll definitely recommend Clayton to any friends that stay in Bristol, and will now look out for their hotels elsewhere from how positive this experience was!"
"Staff were all helpful the hotel was very clean our room was spotless and breakfast was superb. Very close to the train station and a short walk to the city centre. Great hotel "
