The Space:
The house is located within a brand new Portland View development just 5 minutes walk from the city centre and Cabot Circus.
It enjoys private entrance and secure parking opposite. The downstairs area consists of a hallway and a large open plan living area with kitchen, dining space and comfortable sofas.

Patio doors open onto a private courtyard garden with some seating space - perfect to enjoy during summer!

There is also a small utility and a separate toilet downstairs.

Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms, one with an en suite and one full bathroom. The third bedroom comes with a single bed which offers plenty of sleeping space.

Guest Access:
The whole place is for your sole use, you will receive all your check in instructions 48 hours before your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Our Three bedroom flat is located just off the historical Portland Square in an amazing central location. You can walk to Cabot Circus within just a few minutes!

The Townhouse is placed minutes from Cabot Circus, close to St Pauls and Stokes Croft, as well as an amazing stay if you are needing to get to the pub!

Getting Around:

• To City Centre = 0.3 miles
• To Montpellier Train Station = 0.6 miles
• To Clifton Down Train Station = 1.4 miles
• To Bristol Parkway = 4.7 miles
• To Bristol Airport = 8.5 miles

Other Things to Note:
There is one allocated parking space in a gated car park, if you need any more parking for additional cars there is pay and display in the surrounding areas.

This is not a party house, so please check the rules. There is a no noise policy after 10pm in the garden, please respect our neighbours.
