Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Disgraceful Management

Double booked us. Were unable to process refund in time to make alternate accommodation. Last minute bookings much more expensive than budgeted for. Not even an apology. Hotels.com just as much to blame for not being helpful
