Perfect base for a cycling weekend. Nice restaurants around and place not far from major attractions. Shared bathrooom was spotless. Good lounge and kitchen facilities. Perhaps a dedicated space for keeping bycicles (e.g., bike shed at the front would be useful 😉). I had a good, quiet stay.

Then whole booking was 'spoilt' by a cumbersome, onerous, & complex pre-arrival check-in and registration process. Staff were pretty unsympathetic and unhelpful with customers who were puzzled or confused. We got there in the end, but not before a 'your booking is about to be cancelled' threat.
