Beautiful and convenient, this self-contained granny flat in Strathpine offers the perfect balance of comfort and privacy. It features one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. The flat has ceiling fans throughout and air-conditioning in the living area, which is powerful enough to cool the entire unit.

It's located in the heart of Strathpine, just a short walk to all amenities, including the shopping mall, local restaurants, cafes, and the train station. From this northern Brisbane suburb, you can enjoy a quick train ride to the CBD (current one way fare is only $0.50 for all public transports). You'll also have easy driving access to Redcliffe, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Brisbane Airport and other attractions.

The property is located in a quiet, convenient, and friendly neighbourhood. It's just next to the main house with fence in between so it's very private.

Parking is available in the carport in front of the flat, or you can use public transport, as both the Bray Park and Strathpine train stations are within walking distance.

Sleeping arrangements include a double bed and a fold-out sofa double bed in the living area, accommodating up to 4 people (max 3 adults or a family of 4 - 2 adults & 2 kids).
