Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities

The apartment is big enough however its too cluttered, balcony was not clean, not well arranged we could not use it. we found the bed with dirty linen, there was 2 dirty towels in the bathtub.The sofa also needs cleaning , it was not tidy and there was a dirty blanket on it. it doesnt look like the pictures and the fan in the living room was not working so it was very hot during the day.
