Scenic Nest is a sun-washed, design-forward two-bedroom hideaway with balcony views, soft textures, and a free car park. Perched on the 12th floor of Hamilton’s Proximity Apartments, it offers a quiet pause above the trees while keeping you close to everything.

Guest Verification & Security Deposit

As there is no front desk or on-site staff, guests are required to complete a pre check-in form upon reservation confirmation. This helps us care for the home and keep everything running smoothly.

This includes:

Photo ID verification before arrival

A $300 refundable damage deposit, returned within three days of checkout provided everything is left in good condition

Thank you for your understanding.

Pet-Friendly (By Request)

Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please message us before booking.

$170 pet fee per pet, per stay

Pets must be house-trained

Pets must be kept off furniture unless covered
