Summary:
Our bright, private & modern guest suite is in a quiet part of Wilston, with nearby huge parklands & bike/walking tracks + furnished with style & comfy furnishings.
It’s a short walk to Wilston's many cafes & restaurants, the Sunday organic markets, RNA Showgrounds, Royal Brisbane Hospital and a few minutes’ drive to the buzz of Southbank & Fortitude Valley.
The suite has a kitchenette, unlimited WiFi, air-conditioning and close to trains and buses.
The Space:
Noble House was originally the caretaker’s cottage (C 1915) for the market gardens, now named Downey Park.
The original cottage has been extensively renovated into a large modern property, including the addition of a private 2-bedroom guest suite, with rear deck to enjoy the peace & quiet.
You have a separate entrance with sensor lighting, lockbox for self-check in and access to the laundry for any washing.
There’s a car space for 1 small car on the driveway in a parking bay at the front of the house + across the road there is always plenty of spots which are untimed / unmetered.
Perfect for singles, couples + business travellers, that are looking for quiet accommodation with the convenience of the location.
