Maple Villa - The Beach House by the Bay
This "Hampton" style and modern farmhouse outlook inspired house with four spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen and open plan living areas with water views, small garden for kids to play around.
This is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy your holiday or business visit in Brisbane with your whole family.
Short walk to Wynnum Manly esplanade and park lands, public transport and shops/ restaurants. Easy access to Brisbane CBD via train.
This four bedroom house (House No. 83) set on standard 405m2 size square block in our compound with all modern facilities.
This is a Maple Holiday Villas managed holiday compound with only two houses and common facilities including swimming pool with views through to wonderful Moreton Bay and it's islands.
The house floor plan and the layout of our compound included in photos for your info.

Check-in and access
Self-check-in available at most of our locations for the guest convenience and privacy. After confirmation of your booking and prior to check-in time, we will send you the link to our online guest registration form. Once you complete the registration form, the code for key safe and WiFi details will be displaying on the screen.

Our intent is to provide homes for the homey lifestyle loving people on their holidays. Our guests generally deserve privacy and freedom to enjoy as their own home. So like as hotels, we do not provide room service. Though, we provide our staff in certain locations, they will follow your directions under your supervision.

Very comfortable beds, large bedrooms, two living areas, and patio. Great pool. and downstairs undercover area. Undercover parking, all very secure. Highly recommend a stay. Forgot to mention the pool has some form of solar heating which eliminates that nasty chilly feeling I associate with pools, normally. Stayed 22nd Dec., 2024 for 5 nights.
We had a lovely relaxing time in this house. Although we were in Brisbane for a funeral having somewhere nice to relax before and after made it a pleasant time.
Check in to the property is easy and there is a guide book on rules of stay at the property. Owner lives next door but they won't disturb you at all hence they can attend to issues ASAP. Both of the rooms are connected to the other 2 rooms in certain way which is good if you are going with kids but it is a bit of a work around if you need privacy. Communal pool is very well maintained (shared with the owner but they never used it during our stay). Undercover bbq area provided.
Only a short walk from the foreshore including the water spout playground the house location is perfect.
The owners have set it up perfectly to home families. The pool (which was too cold this visit) and the playground are excellent.
We were a group of mums and bubs for a catch up weekend and the open floor plan was perfect for kids games.
