Relax in this modern, light-filled apartment featuring sleek interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony with stunning river and city views and a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Ideally located for convenience and comfort, this elegant high-rise retreat is designed for both short stays and extended escapes.

Guests have access to most of the resident facilities on Level 7 and 7m of the Queen’s Wharf Residences, which may include the pool, gym, outdoor terrace, and lounge areas.

Please note that access to these amenities is managed by the building, and availability can occasionally change due to maintenance, cleaning schedules, or private events.

While we do our best to ensure your stay includes full access, we can’t guarantee that all facilities will be available during your stay — though they usually are.

Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!
