"Overall a great place to stay but one word of caution for those that care about such things. If you're using a credit card to pay for your stay, note that there is a credit card service fee included on your final bill at checkout. I suppose one could argue they're being transparent about it vs. burying it as part of a resort fee. "

"I really enjoyed the room - super snuggly bed. Idk how they did that but it was much appreciated! Great shower. Rooftop bar was lovely to enjoy watching the planes come and go. Bottom restaurant was efficient and friendly. Will do this again next time in Sydney."

"Only 3 of the 6 elevators appeared to be working (but there was no signage to confirm this) which resulted in my low mobility mother and I having to wait more than 25 minutes for an elevator to check out, at which point she had to force herself into an already full elevator while I took the stairs. We requested to be taken down in the staff elevator and were denied and told to wait or take the stairs. Very disappointed in the service and this experience and wouldn't recommend it to others especially those with accessibility issues."

"I was upgraded into a larger room but i found it very depressing.The bed backdrop was amazing,look a like corrugated iron.The furniture or lack of it did notsuit the large room. Shower door was faulty,would not stay shut when showering,kept on swinging inwards which made showering hard. I reported it on checking out. "

"Wanted my mobile number, when I said it was for marketing so no thank you. Reception denied that it was for marketing and said it was to call me when my room would be ready, so I gave them the number....no call to say my room was ready, but now they have my phone number. Bar was closed by 10:30am so unable to get a drink - and was informed to go round to the restaurant where they can serve me. So I walk round to the restaurant, which was only separated from the bar by a wall, to be told that they were also closed. Frustrating to be on both occasions to be mis-communicated to. This mis-communication happened on two more times, and each time the member of staff actually shared the inaccurate information. ... luckily a more senior person was behind and corrected the mistakes. So overall unable to trust what people were telling us."
