The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was terrible, limited choice, very underwhelming sausages and rubbery scrambled eggs. Better off going up to wetherspoons

Every thing was superb. The breakfast was not what I expected. It far exceeded that. Top notch and a great way to start the day.

Staff were lovely, the room was clean but very dated and in sore need of upkeep. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm but walls are very, very thin. Mold in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, had to keep the window open when I was out to get a bit of fresh air into the room, no remote (although another was brought when I asked, this also didn't work). Paid for wifi which never worked and paid for early check in.

For the price that we paid for the room it was not a very good experience. It felt like we were staying a very budget hotel at premium prices.
