    I'm delighted to offer my beautifully renovated, spacious 3-storey townhouse in vibrant Brighton — perfect for getaways, work trips, and everything in between.

    This bright and airy 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home blends classic Victorian charm with modern style. Spread out across three floors, the house features high ceilings, chic interiors, and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The heart of the home is the stunning 30ft open-plan living and dining area — complete with a huge comfy sofa that seats 11, a sleek dining table, and a 50” Smart TV. It’s the perfect space for gathering, movie nights, or just lounging in style.

    Step through the French doors into a generous garden oasis with outdoor seating — ideal for sunny brunches, evening drinks, or a peaceful morning coffee. Smokers are welcome to use this outdoor space.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect from a stylish home-from-home: a full-sized fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher — plus all the essentials for cooking and dining.

    Upstairs, you’ll find four beautifully decorated double bedrooms across two floors, all styled in calming neutral tones with plush memory foam mattresses, quality bedding, and smart flat-screen TVs. Two modern bathrooms (one with a luxury bathtub and separate shower, the other with a sleek new shower room) mean no queues in the morning.

    There are 6 beds in total: 5 doubles and 1 single, comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests.

    🚗 Parking: Metered parking is available nearby, with free parking just a short walk away. I may also be able to provide parking vouchers with advance notice — just ask!

    📍 Location, Location, Location: The house is in the trendy Upper Lewes Road area — a relaxed, residential neighbourhood just a 10–15 minute stroll to Brighton Station, the Lanes, and the seafront. You’ll also find loads of cafes, restaurants, local shops, and bus routes just minutes away on Lewes Road and London Road. Best of all — no hills to climb!

    🛎️ Guest Access & Stays: I welcome couples, solo travellers, families, friends, and professionals for both short and extended stays. Weekends have a 2-night minimum (and 3 nights over bank holidays, Christmas, and Pride), but I can occasionally accommodate shorter, last-minute stays — feel free to get in touch.

    💸 Special Rates: I offer generous discounts for weekday stays and longer bookings — don’t hesitate to ask.

Great place to stay!

We had a really great stay in Brighton. The house is spacious and split across three floors with a garden as well. Beds and sofa were comfortable and towels provided. The place was well equipped, although some of the cookware could do with being replaced. Babs was incredibly helpful and generous. Great and consistent communication. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Babs :)

Hen Weekend in Brighton

We had a lovely time away, there were 10 of us, all girls. We enjoyed relaxing at the house, and spending time together. The rooms were spacious, and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms too. The living room was a good size aswell. Thank you Babs for being so helpful. Babs was in contact with me, letting me know when I could get into the house and she was contactable through vrbo and messaging.

AWESOME!!! The best place to go to Brighton !!

Here is an excellent house to visit Brighton : the host, Babs is such a nice person, she makes you love Brighton and England :-) Just 15 minuts walking to the Lanes, a very very clean house where you can find all you are looking for, and... a gorgeous breakfast !!! We hope that we will soon be back!!

Nice place

Nice and clean house. Babs was very kind. Gave us all the information we needed to explore the city and made us breakfast in the morning. We surprisingly realized (however it is mentioned in the overview, we must admit) that we had to share the bathroom/toilet with other guest. But that was ok for just one night.

With a friend we went to Brighton for few days to see a friend who lives there, and we chose this accommodation. The house is wonderful, clean and comfortable in a quiet street. Moreover, the owner Babs, is so nice and friendly. We enjoyed the house and Brighton. I am sure that I will come back very soon. Thank you again for you kindness !

Weekend in Brighton

I was looking for a place to stay for my birthday with my mates for the Valentines weekend and found this accommodation. For the price we paid, we received exceptional hospitality. My friends and I were greeted with a birthday cake upon arrival and then given a tour of the house. Our room was clean, comfortably slept 3 people and we also had our own private bathroom which was lovely! If I ever need a place to stay in Brighton again, I will be sure to stay here. Thank you for breakfast too!
