Brighton Woods is a spacious five-bedroom, three-bathroom cabin designed for families and groups traveling together. The home features three king bedrooms, two bunk rooms, a large kitchen, separate living and loft areas, and a heated outdoor patio where guests can relax beneath the trees after a day in Big Cottonwood Canyon.

Important Winter Access Information
For stays from November 1 through April 15, please review the following before booking:
*Guests must arrive in a vehicle equipped with approved winter tires marked with the three-peak mountain snowflake symbol (3PMSF), or carry approved traction devices, as required by applicable canyon traction rules.
*Plan to arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. during winter. Arriving within this window allows our team to guide you to the home and reduces the likelihood of encountering unplowed neighborhood roads during active snowfall.
*Do not use Uber or Lyft to travel to this property. Ride-share vehicles may not meet winter traction requirements and may be unable to reach the home or return for pickup.

Winter Guided Arrival
A Cottonwood Lodging team member will meet you along the main road and guide you to the property for all winter arrivals.
This process helps prevent guests from becoming lost or stuck on neighborhood roads and supports our positive relationship with nearby residents. Please do not attempt to reach the home without assistance, even if you have stayed at the property before.
Winter check-in must take place between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Please communicate your expected arrival time with Cottonwood Lodging in advance so a team member can meet you.

One bathroom is near the king bedrooms and includes a combination tub and shower. The second bathroom is located across from the bunk rooms and includes a shower.

Private Hot Tub and Patio
The private hot tub is located on the heated concrete patio beneath the surrounding pine trees. It’s a relaxing place to soak after skiing, hiking, or exploring the canyon.

Ski Access
Brighton Woods offers close ski access up the neighborhood road and through the trees to Great Western Express Lift. This lift is open when snow and terrain conditions allow.
This route may require appropriate skiing ability and is not suitable for every guest. Great Western Express Lift does not operate during Brighton Resort’s night-skiing hours.

Location
Brighton Woods is located above the Brighton Loop at Brighton Resort.
During summer, guests can enjoy fresh mountain air, wildlife sightings, hiking, and convenient access to canyon recreation. Deer and moose are sometimes seen in the surrounding area. Guests should always observe wildlife from a safe distance.

Parking
The home can accommodate two vehicles comfortably in winter. Please contact us if you plan to bring more than two vehicles.
Winter snowfall may affect neighborhood road conditions, driveway access, and available parking spaces. Guests must park only in designated areas and follow all instructions from Cottonwood Lodging and snow removal providers.
All vehicles must meet applicable canyon traction requirements during winter months.
