Warrina - Overlooks Ovens River and five minute walk into town
This two storey property has the ability to accommodate 13 guests in 5 bedrooms.
With the Canyon Walk and Ovens River at the back gate, location does not get much better than this. The property is conveniently located allowing easy access to local shops and cafes as well as the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail.
Ideal for groups and large families, Warrina offers great indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. A large outdoor setting and BBQ area overlooking the Ovens River offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
Indoors, a large common area with a large timber dining table seating 10 makes dining and entertaining easy, in the living area there are a number of sofas and wood fire for the cooler winter months and reverse cycle air conditioner for the warmer months. The property features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove and oven, appliances and all crockery and cutlery. A small rec room is set off the dining area, great for children. Wi fi included.

All queen beds have electric blankets.
All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. BYO river/pool towels.
Main bathroom features a shower over bath, toilet, vanity and basin. Downstairs ensuite is newly renovated, with shower, toilet, vanity and basin. Upstairs bathroom offers shower, toilet, vanity, full length mirror and basin, which is accessible via bedroom 4.
Ensuring the property is comfortable all year round, there are ceiling fans throughout, reverse cycle air conditioning and combustion wood fire. There is a clothes airer for your convenience.
Pricing for this property is based on a 6-person base rate. Additional guest surcharge per person per night applies.
Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate Wifi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wifi availability is dependent on the network provider. Bright Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

Firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September. You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself. The property does have ample heating inside besides the wood heater *.
Bunk Beds: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed*

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival. We will require photo evidence to support any claim.

This house is like a tardis - we kept discovering new bedrooms round every corner. Plenty of bathroom facilities. Great backyard and garden. Very comfortable place to stay.

Fantastic location! Suitable for a big group. We have 5 families with 13 people (3 children), and the house is perfect for us to stay. Very nice accomodation experience!

Great place for large groups
We stayed on the weekend with 5 teenage boys and 6 parents. Lots of room , loved the yard that backs on to the stream, great place for a wind at the end of the day. Fantastic place to stay with large group, kitchen has everything and beds are comfortable. Place was clean and staff very helpful.
