Cobden & Wills - In the heart of Bright
It retains much of its charm, balanced with modern, comfortable furniture. Think Victorian verandas, front and back, pressed metal ceiling and original timber flooring, paired with leather lounge suite, a luxurious chaise longue, and a flexible dining layout in the open plan kitchen.
The house features a sparkling new bathroom with European laundry, twin vanity and heated towel rail. The fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, filtered water on tap and microwave, is ready for you to whip up a quick meal or cook up a gourmet storm; with all the produce that our region has to offer the options are endless. Located at the rear of the property, the kitchen is perfectly positioned for you to use the al fresco dining areas.
The spacious living room easily seats eight, with all the creature comforts you will want: wood heater, wall mounted smart TV, air conditioning and stunning views of Bright and the hills beyond.
Bedding Configuration:
Bed 1: King Bed – Can be split into two singles.
Bed 2: Two Single Beds – Can be made into a king.
Bed 3: Double Bed
Bed 4: King Bed (master)– Can be split into two singles.
All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. BYO river/pool towels.
Outside the property is fully fenced and mostly lawn, with plenty of space for children and dogs to play and explore. There are quiet shady nooks to sit and relax, a huge barbecue, redgum table with seating for 10 and off-street parking for three to four cars.
The decking directly off the kitchen features your own private bar seating, where you can have a coffee in the morning, see the sun go down over the town center in the evening, and watch the world go by.
There is the perfect home for your bikes: Cobden & Wheels is lockable with ample space for up to 10 bikes. It has a work bench, bike repair kit and pump and a dehumidifier to help dry out bike and ski gear in the colder months.
The bedrooms all feature fans and heaters to ensure your comfort in any weather. They can be configured to suit the needs of any group.
Light and airy, the master bedroom overlooks the back garden and features a luxurious split king bed and a large ensuite bathroom.
To the front of the house, bedrooms two and three feature flexible sleeping arrangements with split king beds, with a wall mounted smart TV in bedroom two, and in bedroom three: a desk ideal for remote working, and large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom four has a double bed and built in wardrobe.

Pricing for this property is based on a 4-person base rate. Additional guest sur-charge per person per night applies.
Pets welcome! - Cobden and Wills has a fully fenced yard, allowing you to bring along your furry friends. You are required to please notify Bright Escapes if bringing a pet as a fee of $50.00 per pet will be applicable. Strictly a maximum of 2 fury friends per property. Pets are not to be left unattended at a property for any period of time. It is your responsibility to clean up any pet droppings before vacating a property. Pets are not allowed on any soft furnishings in the accommodation. Please bring their own beds and blankets as required. Professional dry-cleaning charges will apply for any pet hair found on soft furnishings, soiled carpet or soiled soft furnishings.
* Please note firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September. You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself. The property does have ample heating inside besides the wood heater *.

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival. We will require photo evidence to support any claim.

Easy, clear instructions for entry. Loved how the lights and the heater were on when we arrived. It was so welcoming. The property was clean and tidy inside and out. We chose for the location (once we arrived just walked everywhere) and that is was dog friendly. The whole property is secure and was great for our Dachshund and Grandchildren. We could not have asked for any as everything was very well thought out. Thank you for making our visit to Bright perfect.HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The house was perfect for 4 males. Each having their own spacious rooms.
The location was perfect as everything was literally a short stroll.
The check in & check out process was super easy...how it should be.

I enjoyed a very comfortable stay, as the accomodation was clean, tidy and functional. It’s in such a great location that you can easily walk to the river as well as all the great shops and eateries that Bright has to offer. Highly recommend.
