"I commend the staff that hosted us. We checked in on the 4th of August 2025 and checked out on the 5th of Aug. I arrived late for the breakfast as i have the key and my son couldn't get out of the room, when we checked out I asked if we can have at least pastry as take away. The receptionist asked the kitchen team and gaved us marvellous ham and cheese sandwiches. Thank you. We were satisfied with the room that I booked (room with balcony). The view is like a painting. "The best way to describe this hotel is: straight out of a fairytale! The view from literally anywhere you look are absolutely spectacular. The hotel is 150 years old but they have done an outstanding job at conserving it authentic and classic look but with some modern and classic touches for comfort. You feel like you are transported in a time-capsule machine to a classic, glamorous and beautiful place. Certainly an experience that I would highly recommend "

"We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here again. "
