"The house was great, we enjoyed the space, especially the screened in porch. The dock top level was great for sun bathing. The dock area is crowded, extremely close to neighbors. We had jet skis and a boat and with the low water level struggled to keep them secured. A floating dock would be a great addition."

"Our hosts were the most the fabulous of hosts! Everything that was furnished from the house to the dock area was more than I had envisioned! The deep-water dock was perfect for my pontoon rental! Cleaners was very helpful when my family left something behind and she had the cleaners look out for it, We were able to recover the item. Thank you again hosts, we will be back next year, here or another of your wonderful properties!!"

"Wonderful Stay — We’ll Be Back!Our group had a fantastic time at this property! The home was wonderful—comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.We especially loved swimming off the dock, and having access to the water equipment was such a bonus! It made our time on the water even more fun and convenient.The location was perfect, and our VRBO host was very responsive, helpful, and wonderful to work with throughout our stay.We enjoyed the property so much that we’re hoping to book it again for next summer. We can’t wait to return!"

"The house is just as advertised. Great not having steps inside or down to the water. Steve and Bonnie are very nice and extremely accommodating. Water level on the lake was very low and Steve made sure by way of multiple ladders that we could still access the lake and our boat. Love SML and would definitely return to this property. Mario"

"The house was Wounderful. Stayed comfortably with 16 people with very spacious bedrooms. We appreciate the cleanliness of the home. Host communicated information and helped to change the week we were staying. Kids enjoyed hot tub and pool. Fantastic views of the lake from the back bedrooms and pool. We were able to easily get boat and jet skis to pier, even with low water levels. Would definitely recommend."

"DockDaze is at a great location on Smith Mountain Lake, very close to anything you might need: grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and boat rentals. The house is one of the most comfortable homes we have stayed at: nice living room furniture, comfortable beds with soft linens, bath towels, and even beach towels. But the best part is when you go down to the dock, the view of the lake is fantastic, and there are kayaks and paddle boards to use. There is plenty of seating at the dock; my wife loved the rope chair. It is very nice having the Tiki hut with a refrigerator down at the dock.And the Dining area with a fire pit was a great hit as well. We would definitely return to Dock Daze."

"Our family of 13 had a wonderful time in Moneta and loved this house! The bedrooms were nice-sized and comfortable. The kitchen was roomy and well-stocked, though some basic things like salt and pepper would have been helpful. The wrap-around porch was a wonderful place to sit and read or just relax. We would love to stay here again!"
