"Everything was wonderful! The ease of access, the fully equipped kitchen, the beautiful rooms, fireplaces, everything! Short of groceries, we had everything we needed to enjoy a week away! There were a couple of things that could have made things a little easier - figuring out how to operate the fireplace and the thermostat were a little tough. Having some instructions around would have helped. But, having young adults around helped alot!! We got it figured out and thorouvhly enjoyed everything!Thank you. I look forward to my next getaway!!"

"Beautiful home with well stocked kitchen for cooking, plenty of dishes for large gathering! Grocery store within a mile, catering services we used were nearby and wonderful. Activities nearby and activities at the house as well. The owner was responsive to all questions & concerns and communication was timely. Would stay again!! "

"The house is an absolute gem! It is beautifully furnished, impeccably clean and wonderfully remodeled. There’s a lovely enclosed porch that overlooks the lake and is great for relaxing. The only downside was that the freezer wasn’t working right (the seal—I think, because the entire freezer was filled with ice), so we couldn’t use it, and there was a loud beeping noise that wouldn’t stop the entire time we were there—three loud beeps every five minutes like clock work. If it wasn’t Thanksgiving holiday, we would have called to see how to stop the beeping and report the freezer. In spite of the beeping and the freezer, we would definitely stay again! We loved the house!!!"

The owners were great at communication and even assisted us by providing access to a battery charger for one of our boat batteries that went dead on us before we arrived. We were talking about coming back during a future visit as we were checking out."

"It was a great property - well appointed and had all of the necessary kitchen supplies, plateware, pots, pans, etc. to make daily meals. We loved having our own dock for the pontoon boat we rented for the week. This location also really worked in terms of the location on the lake - very centrally located. Finally, it is very close to the local grocery store - Food Lion about 2 miles away. That made it very easy for our daily trips to the store for meal supplies "
