the perfect weekend getaway! if you are looking for somewhere relaxing to stay nearby beaches & shops in the hamptons this is the place to stay! the property itself was beautiful with many great features to enjoy inside and outside. was very secluded and private as well which we enjoyed. the apartment was clean, and the check-in & out process was seamless. definitely reccomend!

Had a fabulous stay. Property was clean and lovely. Updated apartment with great location and accommodations. The only downside was that the pool hadn’t been cleaned in a while so we weren’t able to use it.

Nice unit but felt unwelcome.

The unit above the garage was clean and had everything needed for a 2 night stay with 2 kids and 2 adults. Michael communicated all the rules of the use of the property, especially the pool and hot tub, in fact sent the strict rules 4 times. He insisted to know when we planned to use pool and the name and time of any guests that we may have. He kept insisting we keep quiet as to not bother other guests, stay off private decks, no guests without prior authorization, notify when use of pool/tub, and keep pool/tub use to 1-2 hrs only. We never ended up using the pool and tub even though that was a big part of why we booked the property. Our local friend never showed up - since I was reminded breaking the rules will mean vacating the property. Michael’s insistent reminder of adherence to rules - despite not breaking any of them - was constraining, restricting, and unwelcome. Would not recommend and will not return. If there were issues with prior guests breaking these rules, don’t direct the frustration at new guests.
