"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for a corner suite for a family of 4. The location is great, plenty of restaurants close by within walking distance. "My stay at Jeju Lotte Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of Jeju’s natural scenery.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless—every detail made me feel relaxed and cared for. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious pool to the wide variety of dining options. I especially enjoyed the food, which was both delicious and beautifully presented.
What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service made the experience even more memorable.
Overall, Jeju Lotte Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect place for both relaxation and a touch of luxury. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju."

"This is the Best taugh of unit that we had the opportunity to stay at. We have stayed at more that 150 countries this is the best place to our taste that like overall. Highly recommended.
If you don’t receive the log in instructions from hotels.com com, you will be in difficulty because the place in self check in and without instructions it can be quite intimidating. Really disappointed in Hotels.com they drop the ball on this on"
